Join Symbiosis as an Organization

Symbiosis is a federation of local, grassroots organizations, which we call “member organizations.” Organizations may become member organizations of Symbiosis if they fit the following criteria:

They are a local, grassroots initiative, and are primarily focused on pursuing a radically democratic dual power movement strategy in a given area, city, town, or community.
They are aligned with the points of unity of Symbiosis.
They have a robust practice of internal organizational democracy.

If approved as a member organization, all the rights of individual Symbiosis members (access to our communications and discussion platforms, ability to join Symbiosis working groups, access to our educational materials and resources, etc) will be extended to your organization’s members. Member organizations are expected to participate in the collective governance and work to carry forward Symbiosis as a shared project. The load is light when shared by many hands!
